What we collect
Your email address, name and time zone. The deal details you enter, such as brand names, campaigns, usage dates, fees, payment status and notes. Reminder delivery records. If you subscribe, your plan and subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
Why we use it
To run your account, work out your dates, send the reminders you’ve set up, process your subscription and keep the service working. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your deals for advertising.
Optional analytics
With your permission, we record product events such as “deal created” through PostHog, to see which parts of UGCPing get used. Those events don’t include deal content, and we don’t record sessions. You can change your choice in Settings.
Feedback and emails
If you send feedback, we keep your message and rating with your account and read them to improve UGCPing. We only quote you publicly if you tick the box that allows it. We may also send a few tips and check-ins, which you can turn off with the unsubscribe link or in Settings. Expiry reminders are separate and follow your reminder settings.
Cookies
We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in, plus one that remembers your analytics choice.
Who processes data for us
Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (billing), Resend (email delivery), Sentry (error reports), PostHog (optional analytics), and Google if you choose to sign in with it. Some of these providers may process data outside your country.
Your rights
You can delete your account in Settings, or ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to object to certain processing or complain to your data protection authority. We keep account data until you ask us to delete your account, apart from records we must keep by law.
